THE BLUES BROTHERS BAND
LIMITED 1990 - 1992
Shambolic but religiously enthusisastic Blues Brothers tribute band, suits, guards et al. Musicians who drifted through the line-up included DH (guitar, vox) Pete "Joliet Jake" Greasley (vox, guitar, harp), Paul "Elwood" Downes (piano and MC) and concert pianist Paul Armstrong (er, piano). Reunion when hell freezes over. |

PRIVATE EYES 1991 -
1994
London-based rock 'n' blues band featuring former Fox / Yellow Dog plankster Phil McWalter (guitar, vox), DH (guitar), Tom Doyle (guitar, vox), Tom "TJ" Robinson (vox, harp), Romek Parol (drums) and Freddie Dunlop (bass, vox, later replaced by ex-Suzi Quatro bassist Stuart Uren). The battle of the egos. The egos won hands down. Reunion still not ruled out. |

The antidote to Private Eyes. Heads down, no nonsense rock 'n' roll with the likes of Martin "Mad Dog" Doe (guitar, vox), DH (guitar), Pepe Heath (vox), occasional Strangler Tim Bruce (drums) and Freddie Dunlop (bass and leather fixation). Reunion back on the drawing board. |
